Ah, those silly Muslims. Praying five times a day, blowing themselves up, and making sure they stay poor. America laughs at the train wreck that is the Islamic world, without realizing the growing resemblance.
We too have a ferocious dead-end zealotry. Often humorless, and increasingly violent, the bible zombies engage in a constant effort to curb progress. Imposing their fundamentalist views on the moderate majority may be their goal, undermining our prosperity and peace is the result.
But where Mohammad has only captured the hearts of the destitute, Jesus has been turned into a cash cow. The bastard child of religion and greed, big religion, marches on to erase the constitutional separation of church and state. After all, an observant, servile population is easily told what to think, wear, eat, how much interest is reasonable, and who to vote for. Thinking for ourselves does not move much product, or question the validity of a biblical world view.
Founded in 2008, Unholy Apparel gives the silent majority a voice. We liberate those that suffered in silence for years, afraid to upset the high strung extremists. We help the legion of decent folks, harassed by megaphone wielding fanatics, to extend their middle fingers. We reach out to the victims of proselytizing house calls, and stand with the millions that were unable to tune to their iPods due to high powered Christian FM stations.
Unholy Apparel strives to continue providing a variety of abrasive, yet always humorous, and occasionally clever statements that expose the lines crossed by the bullies of faith (AND Atheism for that matter). The mission statement?
To mock the buffoonery, insincerity, and stupidity that spews from the pie holes of those claiming knowledge of the unknown.
An endeavor NOT fueled by hate, but by a fervent belief in independent thought.
